About this extension

The photos here show Jan & Pete’s double storey side and single storey rear extensions through its stages, with a patio incorporated within the build. You can see how the original extension had to be dismantled and the foundations removed before we could begin work on the new structure. You can see as the different stages of the extension were completed through from footings, up to damp, main build, roof structure which also included the re-tiling of the neighbours roof and the internal work including plastering and carpentry. The extension was also fitted with new windows and french doors and many of the existing windows were also changed. The extension was also supplied with new electrical circuitry and plumbing for a new bathroom, kitchen and central heating. The new patio was completed to compliment the new structure leaving the client to enjoy the remainder of the summer.
